Compared with the traditional consumption of clay bricks, the use of non-fired brick machines to produce non-fired bricks can omit the firing process, simplify the process, reduce pollution, and help maintain the environment. So what is the process of using the non-burning brick machine to eliminate the production process? 


Shredding: Use a shredder to shred the original data needed for consumption. Selection: Sift the crushed raw materials to ensure that the particle size of the sieved materials is 0~2mm. Ingredients: Stop the ingredients according to the mixing ratio, the purpose is to make the original materials interact through the production process to generate a certain hydration product and structure , So that the non-burning brick reaches the requested strength and other properties. The ingredients should be adjusted in time according to the fluctuating changes in the quality of the original data.


Grinding: The effect of using wheel milling equipment to dispose of raw materials cannot be replaced by other equipment. After the raw materials are milled, the average and cohesiveness are improved. The particle gradation becomes more reasonable, and the appearance and dryness of the green body are good. The improvement can improve the strength of the brick. At the same time, the wheel grind can arouse the activity of fly ash in alkaline medium, which greatly improves and improves the quality of bricks.


Compression molding: The material that has been milled, mixed, and rolled is sent to the silo of the brick press, and the host is pressed to form bricks. The molding pressure and pressing speed have a great influence on the quality of the bricks. In addition, the appearance quality of the pressed bricks should meet the requirements of the specification rules. Curing: After the bricks are formed, they are stacked. After 24 hours, they are cured with water, 2 times a day in spring and autumn, 3 times a day in summer, and can be used after 20 days.
